Channel Sales Manager-US

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the channel partners relationship to grow up the sales revenue.

Be responsible for primary outside sales and relationship interface for assigned accounts, as well

as developing new accounts.

Sell mobile robots, solutions, and services to include engineering, installation,

commissioning, and aftermarket services into assigned areas / accounts.

Achieve sales quotas by selling to new and existing customers.

Manage large accounts, specialized accounts, partners, and 3rd parties.

Maintain and increase market share within region and assigned accounts.

Follow-up on qualified leads, perform marketing activities, determine configurations, develop

proposals with Solution Engineers and maintain frequent customer visits.

Compile all relevant data to determine the exact nature of the customer's business needs and

develop solutions utilizing internal resources.

Serve as primary interface for assigned customers.

Drive account development, assist with sales plans and forecasting.

Utilize CRM tools, maintain orders opportunity databases, develop needs assessments, and

distribute appropriate documentation to team members for cost estimates, contract preparation

process, etc.

Negotiate price and finalize contract terms and conditions.

Performs direct sales and marketing activities, including lead follow-up, strategic account

planning, building relationships with potential customers, fact finding, analysing business

processes in relation to current systems, uncovering applications cost justification of new systems

and applications.


Job Requirements:

Established experience with the American logistics and automation industry, strong advantage

for candidate with experience in mobile robotics and fulfilment solution.

Experience working within a consultative sales process especially with solution offers.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate with, and influence customers

regarding major sales campaigns.

Ability to coordinate several opportunities and projects simultaneously

Effective problem identification and resolution skills

Enjoy working in intercultural environment.

Proven analytical and organizational capabilities.

Proficient with CRM tools

Position requires the ability to travel an average of 40-50% of the time during a typical

workweek.
