Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve the sales target.
• Guide and train the sales team members to improve their sales skill to meet their sales quota.
• Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
• Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
• Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
• Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
Job Requirements:
• Established experience with the American logistics and automation industry, strong advantage
for a candidate with experience in mobile robotics and fulfilment solution.
• Have led the sales team of more than 5+ members with over 5 years+ equivalent positions.
• Experience working within a consultative sales process especially with solution offers.• Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate with, and influence customersregarding major sales campaigns.
• Effective problem identification and resolution skills
• Enjoy working in intercultural environment.
• Proven analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Proficient with CRM tools
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
