Job Responsibilities:
1. Insight into new business opportunities especially in Enterprise clients(Government、Public Sector、Higher Education), combined with the knowledge of Fixed Network's product and business development;
2. Responsible for market research including ICT competitor product (Router / Switch / Data Center / WLAN) and new solution research、market trends and feedback、customer demand insight;
3. Conduct sales training. Cooperate to complete the initial orders with sales and solution roles;
4. Identify key issues and opportunities in regional product and solution marketing operations, formulate and implement suitable Work Plan and regional Go-to-Market strategies;
5. By expanding the work and partners, building confidence in the front line, gaining the trust of users, replicating successful experience, and promoting the rapid launch of new products in the region;
Job Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of overseas working experience for the target industry clients (Higher-education industry is preferred / Government / Public Sector / Hospitality / Healthcare / MNC and so on), with product thinking and good market sensitivity;
2. Having successful Go-to-Market projects would be a plus;
3. Familiar with ICT products/solutions such as Aruba、Ruckus、Huawei、Cisco、H3C、Sangfor;
4. Have good customer demand insight, collection, analysis and feedback capabilities;
5. Good communication, coordination and persuasion skills.
