Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Coordinate and manage project team, contractors, vendors and suppliers for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, on quality, within scope and within budget.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, shared with clients as well as other staff members.
• Perform change and risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Measure and track project performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
• Delegate project tasks based on project team members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• 3 years or more of AGV industry or automated system integration project related, project implementation and delivery management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in both remote and onsite.
• Have the delivery experience of leading a team, have an excellent team spirit, work proactively, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• Have strong ability to withstand stress, work enthusiasm, and be able to adapt to short-term business trips.
• Excellent working knowledge using MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, and related software.
• Languages: English (mandatory), plus additional language is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Established experience with the American logistics and automation industry, strong advantage for candidate with experience in mobile robotics and fulfillment solution.
